Itinerary: Mediterranean
This was my first cruise, and I think it was a wonderful cruise, that I enjoyed very much. The ship is very nice, and the crew is very good. The food was very good (even for me that's only 15 years old) and the weather was fantastic the whole week.
The lounges was nice, the can-can lounge was the biggest one, were all the shows were held every evening. For those who was a bit younger you had the Neptune's were there was a discotheque every night.
The food was good, and you could chose between early and late seating for the dinner. Some day's there was "formal" days, were you had to dress up a bit. For the breakfast you could choose between eating in the dinner room or on deck. I never went on the midnight buffet, so I don't know how that was...
The cabins was a bit small, but since we didn't spend any time in the cabin except when we slept that didn't matter.
The entertainment staff was very good, especially the shows in the can-can lounge. It also used to be some entertainment on deck at daytime.
The ports was very nice. We went on a week trip and was in Mallorca, Tunis, Rome (Citevecchia), Pisa/Firenze (Liverno), Nice/Monacco/Monte Carlo (Villefranche) and Barcelona all on one week. The day time activities on board wasn't too good, but they were ok. The swimming pool often became a bit dirty, and it was REALLY salt.
It was people in every age on the cruise.
