Itinerary: Mediterranean
I am only thirty two years old but this was the holiday of a lifetime. The luxury and the pampering was second to none.
Cant wait to go back again. Young or old it has to be done.
A drink in the evening whilst the Sun was setting and the ship moving away from the coast has got to be seen to be believed.
Loved the Casino.
Food and service was top class. My waist line still has not recovered from the cruise and it is now two years on.
The midnight feast was tremendous Food was available 24 hours a day
We were to the front of the ship in an inside cabin. There was no noise whatsoever. The cabin was perfect. Extra closet space would be a little help but everything else was great.
Top class entertainment every night. But loose the Bingo please.
All entertainers were excellent and courteous.
On board there is not enough time to do everything that is available. I recommend the second sitting for dinner.
Florence and Rome were the highlights of the trip. Monte Carlo by day is nothing to look at. Give Florence the full day and forsake Pisa. Come back in the evening get changed and have a drink whilst the sun sets, then go to the 2nd setting for dinner. Relax be entertained by the staff and then dance or gamble the night away in any of the wonderful lounges on board
There was a great mix of ages. The myth that a cruise is for old people is dead and buried.
