Itinerary: Caribbean
Disappointing first week Santo Domingo very poor Tortola tender 2.5 hours late getting ashore no time to really look around. St Maarten very good took taxi around the island tax free goods excellent. Costa Rica superb Panama + canal worth trip on its own. San Blas Islands interesting Colombia Cartagena great so much to see. I would recommend this cruise but substitute Mexico for Caribbean
Promenade deck good for stretching the legs theatre +bar seats very uncomfortable difficult to watch show pool good size.
Food was very, good cannot speak highly enough of the waiting staff they were superb they also gave us better information about shore trips than the pursers office you won't find a more hard working group of people who's sole aim is to please and help anywhere and their singing after dinner was better than the entertainment staff.
Cabin good size but so noisy (b101) we had to be moved could not recommend b deck aft to anyone.
3rd rate, taped music, staff tried their best but so called guest stars where at best pub entertainers and not good at that. Having been on Seawing and seen Victors band and Dave Evans plus great dancers and brilliant cruise director Paul. These entertainers (staff) would benefit from a more energetic cruise director
Gym ok, Pool ok.
Fantastic kept same table for 2 weeks didn't see much of them ashore but swapped stories over dinner every night lovely group of people.
