Itinerary: Caribbean - Southern

Overview
I believe Celebrity has a beautiful ship. I can't say enough good about this cruise line and the Horizon. I don't believe I've ever had as much anywhere else.

Public Areas
All public areas are comfortable and attractive. After returning from the island each day, we met friends at the back of the boat at the whirlpool area. It is hard to describe how beautiful it is to watch the sun set as you leave port, while sipping wine from a relaxing whirlpool tub.

Food and Service
The food was outstanding. I don't believe I have had a finer meal from my favorite restaurant. I would stick to the dining room though, he buffets are not quite as good as the food from the dining room. The service on this boat is incredible - they will go all out for the guests. We lost our luggage in San Juan and the concierge provided us with clothing for dinner.

Cabins
Our outside room was spacious and attractive, with an extra large window. The bathroom was also quite large. There was ample closet space. And I never heard noises in our room.

Entertainment
We attended all the shows on the ship. The music was wonderful. The comedians were very entertaining. We also attended a hypnotist show - I laughed so hard I had tears in my eyes and my sides hurt.

Activities
We stopped at Barbados, Martinique, St. Lucia, Antigua, and St. Thomas. We toured each island and also joined the ship activities on many of the islands, including a submarine dive, a catamaran cruise, & a day of golfing. All were truly exciting and beautiful. I'm not sure if they had child care - I would not bring children on this cruise.

Who Goes
Most of the cruisers were professionals between the age of 30 and 50. We met a lot of wonderful people - The three other couples who shared our dining table are now good friends. One couple visited us for a week from New York.
