I would score this ship a 9. The lack of announcements was a plus. If you seek a relaxing, quiet, but elegant cruise with excellent service, I recommend this ship.
I especially liked the dining room. The Casino was large and most of the lounges were not crowded.
I can not tell people enough about the service and food. Our cabin stewardess was exceptional. We never wanted for any thing. Our food was always served with style and the flavor was better then some 5 star restaurants.
My husband was ill five of the 12 day cruise (NOT related to the cruise). He is 6'4" and weights 280. HE did not feel cramped in the cabin. We had plenty of storage space.
Did not go to any shows.
The cruise was the Ultimate Caribbean which left from Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. to Curacao, La Guaira Venezuela, Grenada, Barbados, Martinique, St. Thomas, then back to Ft. Lauderdale --- with 4 days at sea.
Americans, Canadians and Europeans. Met some lovely people from Canada and Wales.
