Itinerary: Repositioning
Vastly over-rated ship. Noted decline in Celebrity quality in 3 years. Michel Roux cuisine a "smoke and mirrors" marketing ploy. In comparison with other similar sized ships very small centrum, incredibly small elevators, and reduced size suites with balconies. great shower, great itinerary saved the cruise. will not be back on this ship.
Public areas equal to those on other similar size ships. noted below average maintenance of equipment and paint. lido restaurant tables and chairs look like they are 25 years old and very cheap.
Food no better or worse than other comparable lines. buffet selection better than most.
Closet space at a minimum. shower size good. cabin size the smallest we have been on with a balcony.
Entertainment at best average. 3 productions shows no better or worse than others. Hired entertainers surprisingly low quality.
Didn't use child care but an acceptable size children's area. health spa facilities good. Ports of Ketchican, Juneau, Sitka, Victoria, San Francisco, and Catalina Island with termination at San Diego
Very good table partners. this, combined with the itinerary and the excellent dining room waiter and busboy were the best elements of the cruise. given the high rating of this ship very disappointing to all those i talked to on the ship who, like us, expected better given the rating. .
