wife and I really enjoyed our week on the MS Elation. The staff was very attentive and the entertainment great. We were allowed to do as much or as little as we felt like. I'm already planning on going again.
I could do without the casino, but no one made me go in. Even with 2000 people on board, we didn't have any trouble finding a quite place to talk and visit.
We enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the open air. I wasn't wild about the buffet for the other meals. My choice is the Imagination Dining Room. Food and service was great.
The cabin was just what we needed. Plenty of closet space, big shower and quiet. Remember, just about the only time it was used was to sleep.
The Entertainment was great.
You can relax while on board and do nothing. When I go again, it won't matter if I go ashore--except for Cabo San Lucas. I wish we could have stayed longer there.
We have a very nice retired couple at our Dining table. We've sent them a Christmas Card and would definitely have them over for dinner.
