Being my 4th Carnival Cruise I found the non-smoking atmosphere absolutely breath-taking. It was by far the most enjoyable cruise of the four that I've taken. I truly enjoy Carnival Cruises mainly because the size of the cabins compared to the other cruise lines and the atmosphere is so care free, no stuffy people every one on board seems to be there to really let things flow.
All the public areas were absolutely peaceful especially the atrium area where you first enter the ship, breath-taking.
The food was good. But as far as I'm concerned anytime I don't have to be the preparer I almost could care less, however, lobster night was the best for me in the formal dining room. We also enjoy the laid back dining on the Lido deck.
Cabins very spacious, plenty of closet space and the bathrooms were a very good size. Well one thing I learned from my first cruise was if I want peace & quiet I must cruise when the kids go back to school. My very first Carnival Cruise was in July on the Fantasy and it was the most annoying time I've ever had; kids running up & down the hallways at 1, 12 1,2 am at night and for those who did want to rest that was unheard of. I learned.
Enjoyed all the entertainment that was made available.
We enjoyed watching the Pool side activities during the day. Most amusing.
Well we went with a group of people all family. But some of the people we met were quite nice.
