Itinerary: Caribbean - Eastern
The Sensation is a well designed ship. Wonderful food. Excellent shows. An average itinerary.
NO QUIET PLACE ON SHIP. Very comfortable. "Sensation Blvd" was a great place to meet with friends. The pool was very relaxing, the slide was very fast. The veranda deck pool was like a natural wavepool.
The food was to die for. Service was fair. Oriental night was the best night on the ship. Then there was 24hr pizza which was fun especially at midnight. New Years Eve was awesome. People would threw toilet paper.
Indoor cabins are large but you miss a lot of the scenery. The beds are comfortable
They had 2 large shows both wonderful the music was excellent
We stoped at San Juan, St. Thomas, And St. Maarteen We were 12 hours late arriving into San Juan. St thomas was the best stop. Clean, friendly, fun. St Maartean was dirty but fun.
Mostly young people between ages 11-20. Then we met a lot of travel agents. It's a good family cruise. Don't bring young children. Pre-teen is a good age group for children. I say this because the Camp Carnival is awful. It is no fun for children I met. I don't recommend bringing children under 9 years of age.
