Itinerary: Caribbean - Western
The ship does not ride well in any kind of windy weather, I've been on 11 cruises and this is the first time I ever got seasick !! They could improve on the kids programs. We were furious about the new policy NOT allowing you to purchase spirits on board & take it to your stateroom !!!!! We may NEVER sail Carnival again because of this!!!!!!!!!!
The boil room was very crowded & noisey all the time-ugly too. The pool area was nice, my 9 year old really enjoyed the big waterslide- I felt it too was crowded most of the time.
Food & service were poor on deck, they bragged of 24 hour pizza but sometimes it looked like they cooked it that long WHEN you could get a slice!! Very rude guys serving behind the counter!! The dining room service was great & we tipped
them well as a result. The food was ok, menu was limited but
we usually found something we liked.
Small but we knew this going in. Music controls did not work. The
air conditioner went off twice & it got too hot.
We attended most of the shows & they were like all the other
cruises we've been on, ok but would not BUY a ticket.
We LOVED Key West & Mexico but the ship did not stay in either
port long enough!!!!!
Avg middle-class type folks.
