Cruising is the greatest vacation ever invented; you must try it at least once.
Liked all the rooms and yes there is a walk around deck; did not see much of the pool; but the casino is great and one of the largest afloat; the ship is beautiful and very lively.
The food was much better on the deck than in the dining room and such a choice you would not believe. Dining room was beautiful and good food but the deck was better.
We had a balcony stateroom with sitting area and it was perfect for 2 people. Three could have been comfortable but 2 was better. Plenty of closet space and drawers and the shower was just perfect.
Staff was fine. Our room stewardess was a doll; very sweet and spoke perfect english which is a plus. Room service was great at all hours and breakfast served every morning. Carnival has the best floor shows of any ship I have been on; they are all Las Vegas reviews and the entertainers are great and very talented.
I think child care is available all time; play the games on the ship and shop when you dock. Jamaica is my favorite also St thomas and the British Virgin islands are lovely; do not go to the health club; the casino is too busy.
Have made some wonderful friends at the dinner table; several of us still write to each other and have gone on other cruises together; I would invite them to my home at at any time they were in my home town.only once ar twice have i not been happy with my dinner mates. But you can always switch tables if you want to.
