The Disney Magic the most magical ship we've ever been on, and we've been on a few, I must say. It was the best vacation we ever took... WONDERFUL!
The public areas are great. We had no favorite room, they were all great.
The food service was WONDERFUL. The food was absolutely fantastic. And our waiters were great, and they really catered to the kids. Our favorite dining room was Animator's Palate... the walls changed and came to life in vibrant colors as we ate!
Our cabin was the best. We stayed in a deluxe outside stateroom (actually we shared two of them, there were 6 of us) with a veranda. The closet was nice and big, we were able to fit everything in them. The showers were full size bath tubs with hand held shower nozzles, there was plenty of room in them.
We attended many shows on board. The ship had two theatres, both which played disney movies, and we saw a new release on board (Disney's Inspector Gadget). There were also night shows with actors and comedians. On our last night we went to see the last show... it was fantastic... almost like a full Broadway production right on board the ship!
On board we did a lot of swimming. The pools were nice and there was even a pool for the kids. The kids loved the child care, they didn't want to leave when we came and picked them up. We stopped at a few ports... Nassau and Castaway Cay were the best. Nassau has great shopping, sort of like an open market. Its a great experience. We spent almost all day on Castaway Cay. Some nice little shops and great beaches. Castaway Cay had a great place to get a massage, too.
Our fellow passengers were great, especially the people who sat at our dining table with us. It was nice to have another family to talk to.
