The Cruise liner Mv Aegean 1 is excellent valve for money. The
boat was overtook by Voyages of Discovery when I was on board. Every day we ad something different to do. The staff are very friendly indeed and I would there for recommend this Cruise liner to friends.
This boat however is not very good for those people who want just to stay on the boat for a whole week. The boat however does offer a cinema, a very small gym with limited equipment, it has 3 lounges where you can relax, the pool is very nice and you can enjoy yourself for hours having a swim. There is lots of walking space on the boat for you to enjoy the ocean.
There was two eating areas on the boat. There was a buffet service and a dinning room. Personally I would say that the Lido buffet was more relaxed but if you like to be waited on then I would say that the dinning room was a lot better.
The Cabins were very basic with two beds on the floor and another
bed attached to the wall. The bathroom was very clean and had all the things that you needed the shower was big enough for a full sized person. However were our cabin was at the front of the boat the cabin was therefore very noisy indeed.
I did not see any shows while on board as I don't think that
there was any.
The stops were great and I enjoyed those of a historic nature.
Mostly Europeans and mostly over 40.
