Overview
For my first cruise, it was the best. There was plenty of activities to do all around the ship for all age groups. Club Hal was great for the kids if they did not want to stay with there parents all day. Food in the dining room was good, except they should give a little more food. Overall it was a great cruise.

Public Areas
The public areas are very nice. The lounge I liked the best was the Rembrandt Lounge. That's where my age group and I seemed to hang out the most. I am too young to enter the casino but the pool was great. My friends and I went swimming quite a few tI ames during the week. The pool was very clean and tidy. The chairs around the pool are very comfortable.

Food and Service
The food was good and so was the service. There was a buffet and a dining room. I seemed to like the buffet better than the dining room due to the choices of food. I loved the late night snack. I was always up at that time to get a bite to eat. I thought the dining room could have offered a bigger variety of food as well as more food on your plate. The food they gave didn't really seem to fill me.

Cabins
Our cabin was great. We were upgraded to a window cabin which was a must have. The scenery was great. We didn't use the closets very much except to hang our formal wear in but they were spacious. The shower was very clean and comfortable. The clothes line came in handy when I noticed it up there.

Entertainment
I didn't go to any of the shows, but I watched them on the television in our room. The entertainers seemed very lively and full of energy.

Activities
My youth director kept me and my group very busy during the sailing days. We played games, went swimming, and played some sports indoors and outdoors. We all had a great tI ame. The gym was very clean and kept tidy. We stopped at Juneau, Sitka, and Ketchican. Juneau I think was my favorite stop. There was plenty to do and plenty of tI ame to do it in. The Whale watching tour was great. Sitka was a small town and the excursion we went on was the Bike and Hike tour. It was very nice. Ketchikan was a nice little town, however I did not seem to like the "Explore Historic Ketchican" tour. It was just a Cannery that shut down a long tI ame ago. I didn't find any interest in that.

Who Goes
My fellow passengers were very kind. We seemed to have a lot to talk about and a lot of the same interests. I think I would have them over for dinner once I returned home.
