Beautiful ship, horrible service. Save your money and take another cruise line that will offer you value for the money spent.
The public areas were very nice with open and elegant feel.
Food was good, service was on par with a Denny's. If you want to feel ignored for a week this is the ship for you.
The cabin was probably the nicest cabin I have ever had on a cruise ship. I had a superior suite and the accommodations were beautiful, unfortunately the service lead one to believe that they were staying at a motel 6. Minibar was never restocked, cabin steward did the minimum, room temperature varied greatly for no reason at all.
I loved the piano bar. This was also one of the few places on the ship that you could actually get some service.
Juneau, Sitka, Ketichikan and Victoria were the stops. Victoria is a waste as you do not get in until 8 pm and have to be back on the ship by 11:30. They only stop here to have an international port of call on the itinerary. Everything was closed, and the shore excursions were horrible.
Unfortunately for me 2/3 of the ship was a group that had won an incentive trip so they were not really the normal type of people that you would probably have on the ship otherwise. We did meet some very nice passengers, that we will stay in contact with.
