Itinerary: Alaska-Inside Passage
This was our first cruise! We are celebrating our 25th anniversary and have been planning for this trip since Dec 2004. It was everything we had hoped it would be plus MORE!
My favorite getaway was the library. I would get a cappucino and set by the large windows and read. Fabulous views!
Get Ready to gain weight! My husband and I both gained around 10 lbs each. Lido deck always had a big variety of food. We both enjoyed the dessert bar --- hence the 10 lbs!:)
Our cabin was on the veranda deck. We used the space under the bed for our suitcases after we unpacked. There were 2 full length closets and plenty of drawer space. I loved the fact that there was a makeup mirror and hair dryer provided.
We went to 3 of the shows. I was totally awed by the fact that there was a Vegas style show available on the ship. We thoroughly enjoyed them!
I enjoyed the gym, and took a yoga class. We booked excursions ahead of time and would recommend taking the whale watching trip in Juneau!
We connected with a couple that shared our dinner table. Exchanged phone #'s and hope to continue our friendships.
