The cruise with mv island escape...is actually the first one in my life. I'm still young , I'm only 19 but i think it's a perfect cruising ship for the young and elders as well.
The public areas were comfortable and warm...they were always full of interesting activities. I especially loved the gym.....it has new up-to date working out facilities....and the young romanian fitness instructor kept me working out my muscles all week long.
The food and service was excellent.....the self serving buffet is an excellent way of treating your clients.....every night one could choose from a wide range of meals.....from light vegetarian to typical home made food. The fresh exotic fruits were always juicy and flavoured....just perfect.
The cabins were good.....the closet was smaller than the one i have at home....but still...it was perfect enough for everything I had in my luggage.
The Ocean Theatre provided us with the perfect shows...always up to date comedies and shows. There was also the bounty lounge and the disco for late night entertainment.
When on shore you can choose from a wade range of trips in every harbor. The first trip was in malta where I tried out the helicopter flight seeing of malta. The next one was on the Isle of Capri, the third time I saw Florence and Pisa. In Toulon I've chosen to stay on board until 12 p.m....and in the afternoon I just took a walk and ate a "kebab". The last day was Barcelona....the day I spoiled myself with a little bit of shopping. Perfect cruise in my opinion.
Everybody goes.....kids...teenagers.....elders.....girls...boys.....mothers...fathers......every British individual.....or any other nationality for that matter. There something to do for everybody. But in case you are a woman I wouldn't recommend the beauty therapist....cause I for one thought she was the only rude crew member on board of the ship.
