Itinerary: Mediterranean
Never go on this cruise ship. We arrived on the 14th May and where told the loos were not working. At 9.00 that evening we were told that they could not be fixed and we were going to stay in a hotel overnight and set sail the next day. We were told there would be an update at 8.00. No such thing happened. That evening we were told the cruise was cancelled and we could either stay in Majorca. We were promised that our suitcases would be returned to our hotel. No such thing, they were either delivered to other hotels or left on the dock. The Island Cruises were exteremly rude and told us to find our suitcases ourselves. The next day we were flown to Birmingham even though we departed from Stanstead. The only compensation offered was for 25% off our next holiday. Never book through first choice......
Poor condition.
Luke warm cafeteria style food.
Very cramped
We weren't on the ship long enough.
