The ship was very old and had not been refurbished in years; the bed linens were dirty, towels thread bare and stain on carpet beyond cleaning. Elevators were scary and one door on a deck wound not open; those that opened were dangerous when the wind blew through. No attendants around to hold the door.
The big lounge was about the only place you could go other than a lido deck that was sort of haphazardly ran.
The food was good and the waiters were accommodating.
Closet was adequate. No, a person about 5'5" is maximum size. I am 5'4" and weigh 115 and I could not force myself to shower daily. You don't dare drop the soap or look out for your ...
The shows were very good.
The pool was painted while we were on board and filled some of the time. The equipment in health club broken. No babysitting. Kusadasi, Mykonos (too late arrival to see Delos), Istanbul, Patmos, Santorini, Rhodes, Crete.
Very nice; met people from Australia and New Zealand who were just wonderful.
