A decent cruising value at a very decent price. However, watch
out for room charges as they tend to accumulate rapidly as you charge items to your room. Fantastic cruise director (awesome looking) and great assistants.
Clean, Clean, Clean!
Dinner selection usually limited to three items according to
evening theme night. Chicken always available. Breakfast / Lunch buffets on deck were pretty good. If you end up with a buffet in the main dining room, chaos results due to the convergence of two opposing lines onto one food table.
Clean and quiet on deck #7. Only noise was from slamming door to
deck outside of cabin. Steward does a great job of keeping the cabin neat and tidy (well worth a good tip!).
Entertainment was geared for older generation with the exception of comedian. Cruise staff friendly. The only activity which was constantly being "pushed" upon passengers was the bingo game(s).
When in Bermuda, visit Tobacco Bay and Horse Shoe Bay. Tobacco
Bay has waist deep water (86 degrees in August) that is crystal clear
(actually greenish blue). Great for snorkling. Take the mini bus from St. George dock to Tobacco Bay for $2.00 each way per person.
Horse Shoe Bay is better reached by cab ($30.00 from St. George)
Mostly an older crowd but with some families and kids.
