Itinerary: Caribbean - Western

Overview
Ship has great layout and lots of deck space, large swimming pool. Staterooms, even the top categories, are smaller than other lines.

Public Areas
Very unique set up for runners, deck is covered by another deck with open sides. Pool was great and very good sized, lots of deck space. Casino was good size and all crew was very friendly and helpful.

Food and Service
Food in main dining rooms was standard fare. Presentation was beautiful and service was okay. Alternative restaurant Horizons was magnifico.. food and service. Buffets usually had the same foods over and over. But I really enjoyed the Freestyle dining option.

Cabins
Cabin was very small for a deluxe outside. Closet space was fine for a 7 day cruise any longer and space would not be enough. Shower was okay for me but my husband is very tall and water hit in in the chest. Very funky over bed lighting, you almost hit your head on it when get into bed.

Entertainment
MR. Producer was probably the best show I have ever seen. High energy, beautiful costumes and great talent. Cruise staff was friendly but not really willing to go out of their way with the exception of our cabin steward

Activities
Usual stops at Ocho Rios, Grand Cayman and Nassau. Did not go ashore for private island. Sand, heat and bar-b-que is something I can get at home. Gym was one of the best I had seen, with modern new equipment in working order. Did not do spa nor use babysitting.

Who Goes
Met several people that I would love to have at my house. We did not realize until disembarkation that there were small children on board. Most passengers were baby boomers with teens or grandparent age who all seemed " young at heart" Did not meet one stuffy person
