I have just returned from a very enjoyable cruise on the Royal Star. The service was superb and is suited to any cruise passenger who is looking for high standards who may have cruised on the larger vessels but seek a more personalised service. Excellent.
Comfortable.
SUPERB.
Inside cabin on the Caribbean deck - the lowest deck but was quite spacious and well laid out with a decent size bathroom. Very little noise - no more, and if not less than the larger ship. No experience of sway even on the lowest deck.
Yes - the cruise staff were very good and especially helpful. The entertainment was arranged during the day mainly around the pool and in the Marco Polo Lounge in the evening.
No childcare as there seemed to be mainly adults on board. There were some mature teenagers.
The fellow passengers were like minded to myself who have experienced numerous cruises and are looking for different itineraries and at the same time looking for high standards.
A thoroughly enjoyable cruise. I am looking forward to my next cruise on the Royal Star.
