This is a once and a life time deal. The Panama Canal is
something you don't get to see, needless to go thru everyday.
There were at least two different public lounges always open
and full of people. There are many open wooden decks so you don't feel to close together. There was a mid-sized promenade deck. The pool was one of the smaller pools that I have seen, but what is a pool on a cruise any way. The casino was a nice place to hang out during the day. This cruise didn't have a teen center, so they were up to trouble most of the day.
The food service was great, but the food was watered down. There was only one dining room, with no windows to look out. The buffet was more of a limited one.
There was plenty of space in the closet, needless to say for four
people. There was no problem with the shower. The noise level was a little bit on the high side. There was a faint smell of left over food in the sewer pipes.
The shows were great and there was a great variety The CD and entertainers were great!
There was babysitting available during the day and at night, so
the little ones were taken care of.
Our fellow passengers were great, because of their age. This was more
of an older person cruise, yet a younger person should not get discouraged. This is a once in a life time event that no other cruise line offers, getting of in the Panama Canal. Some go thru, but most don't and can't let you off.
