Itinerary: Alaska-Inside Passage
This was the best cruise of our life! Alaska is a wonderful destination and the Crown Princess was the best. At the entrance to Glacier Bay the Captain was positioning the ship so we could have a better look at the whales.
Everything on this ship is topnotch. Sitting in a hot tub with a range of snow-covered mountains was a pretty neat thing to do. Also, when you got tired of gambling the seats at the front of the casino gave you a pretty spectacular view.It was great to have a laundromats after 4 days on land. Everything needed to be washed and ironed.
One of our only complaints was about second seating dinner and how long it took us to be served. We missed the show every night because we were never out of the dining room on time.
This was one of the largest cabins we've ever been in. It was a category BB....so much closet space, a roomy bathroom and an adequate balcony. BUT....why in heaven's name is there a steel wall on the balcony? It disrupted the view and you really had to stand to see into the water.
Very good
An Alaska cruise is the best. All the shore excursions were great.
We were with a group and the other folks we met on board were mostly our age group (50-77).
