Overview
This wa s our first cruise and we loved it. Service was superb and the food in the Continental dining room was excellent. Our Ports of calls were great even though we did not get to go to Israel because of conflict there. and the Port of Rhodes was closed for bad weather.

Public Areas
The Promenade deck was our favorite We were on Dolphin deck and could just walk out of our room onto the deck and walk around the ship. We also liked the International Lounge And the Continental Dining Room This ship is a nice size Easy to get around and find things.

Food and Service
The service was great The waiters especially Andre the Asst waiter was great at remembering our likes. The food in the Continental dining room was great and the menus were planned around the country we had been to that day.

Cabins
The cabin was small so pack light There are washers and dryers but not much Closet space The bathroom was nice size and did have a full bath which was nice. Also they could use some new furnishing but you do not spend much time in your cabin.

Entertainment
Entertainment was good also enjoyed the movie theater. Staff was great and Trixie did a wonderful job explaining the tours to us.

Activities
Caught up on reading on pool deck which was really nice Our Ports of call were Rome were we boarded the ship and sight seed 2 days before we got on the ship Naples were we saw the Amalfi Coast and Pompeii Alexandria Were we took the tour to Cairo to see Pyramids and Sphinx on to Port Said and the Suez Canal which we did not get to see because Tour was sold out Epheseus Great Istanbul Turkey and Athens Greece where we saw Parthenon and the Acropolis, Book tours early so you wont be disappointed.

Who Goes
Very diversified. Majority were middle aged and were from the US A lot of Britons because this is a British owned Ship and quite a few from Japan We had a delightful couple from Japan at our table also a newly wed couple at our table Id invite them all for dinner.
