Very good standard overall nice ship with excellent facilities a little crowded in popular areas.
As above good decor plenty of choice but buffet crowded at busy times and show lounges full to overflowing for popular shows even before the start time.
Food and service excellent in the main breakfast service in dining room slow and buffet crowded at busy times evening meal superb and service excellent too.
Inside cabin on Deck 14,smallish but comfortable enough. Little bit of humming noise at night and shower small but you can fit in it-just!
Show called Tribute was excellent-tribute to singers through various decades. Opera singer a bit of a screecher and name dropper. Comedian not very funny but comedy juggler excellent-obviously these acts apart from Tribute will change pretty much with every cruise.
Vigo not that much to do but pleasant enough. Lisbon-fabulous city lots to see and do. la Rochelle very pretty harbour and town. Guernsey-old style british resort
Lot of families as UK half term week. Most people very friendly. Very much an American feel to the ship which is a little odd as it sails out of Southampton and there were 1800 Brits and only 140 Americans on board. I can't help but feel that if the stats were the other way around the Americans wouldn't put up with a "british feel" to the ship! However, it was a good quality experience but perhaps more consideration of British tastes wouldn't go amiss.
