The Legend of the Seas was extraordinary. The overview of this wonderful seven day trip (aug 29-sep 4, 2004) on a scale from one to ten, I give it a ten. There are activities for the whole family to enjoy. For singles or couple to get away, there was a day care center. The food was spectacular, and the crew was alway around to help you when you needed it. There was always something going on to keep you entertained.
Everywhere you went, there were comfortable places to relax, such as the Schooner Bar, there you can relax and chitchat with your friends. And there was also the Solarium com and delightful. The casinos were always alive at night. And if you wanted to run a mile, you'd go to deck 10.
Where to begin with the food? every night there was a different event (many selections to choose from), meaning there would be a different menu a night. The food was amazing and so was the service, you rarely had to ask twice. The buffet was great as well, they always had different things to choose from.
The cabins were good enough to fit at least eight people, there was only one noisy night, but it didn't bother us. There was plenty of space for all ower belongings. The shower space was fair.
For quality of the cruise staff and entertainers was a nine out of ten, they all gave they're best, especially for the farewell show. There were great performers, but my all time favorite show was done by Los Pampas Gauchos. The skill only makes you want to see more, hopefully on the next cruise we go on, they will be performing.
When at sea the crew will always make sure there's something to do, play bingo see the kids talent show, or even do some karaoke. At shore they'd still have things for you to do no matter what. Child care was mainly during the evenings
The people on the ship were always happy and ready to do things.
