I definitely would cruise with Royal Caribbean again. The Ports of Call were not as good as I would hope but the ship itself was fabulous.
The public areas on this ship are wonderful. Casino was a little tight but the shopping, dining, showrooms were fabulous.
The buffet and dining room was great. Very good food in both places. We did not eat at the two restaurants on board but our companions did and found both places wonderful.
The cabins were very nice. We had a patio which I would always get. There was plenty of room for all our things. At first we thought we would not have enough room but it turned out we were pleasantly surprised. The bed was quite comfortable and the shower was plenty roomy.
We attended 3 shows. All of which were of high quality entertainment. Every entertainer was good. The cruise staff was especially nice and knowledgeable. A lot of fun to be around.
On board there are so many things to do. If you choose you can be entertained day and night or just relax. It is totally a personal choice. We stopped at St. Thomas, Porto Rico and Labadee. We were not really impressed with any of these. This is just not a good time to visit. It was hot and humid and we saw a lot of poverty. There is child care on board and they seemed very organized and fun. The pools were very crowded most of the time but the cruise director had a lot of fun activities going on all the time there.
We could not believe the wide variety of ages on this cruise. Everything from 3 months old to 85 years old. It was a great mix of ages and cultures. This is one of the things we enjoyed about our ship. We would definitely invite almost everyone we came in contact with to our home.
