Overall, the cruise was real nice. It wasn't as good as some, but we're talking Mexico here. The ship was awesome.
The public areas were a little crowded, but beautiful. If you were in a wheel chair or a little large, it might not be to comfortable.
The service was the biggest disappointment as we(my wife and I, who is a travel agent that brought 50 people onto this ship) had to talk to the purser to get the table waiter and assistant to give us at least a smile with the mediocre service. After the request, things did change. The waiter was all over himself to please. The food was OK.
The cabins were perfect. Air conditioning worked excellent. PLENTY of storage. I'm 6'4" and 250 Lbs. and the bathroom and cabin were great. Only complaint was the length of the bed. A little short.
The entertainment was OK. Not excellent. Could take a lesson from NCL's Norway.
Activities on board ship were scarce. The ports were good (Cabo, Mazatlan and PV).
Fellow passengers on this particular cruise were typically go with the flow people. The amount of people were too many. Even though this ship is new and large (in tonnage) the areas were not equipped for such crowds.
