I'm not sure if it was the Western Caribbean, but we went through the Panama Canal. The one that stoped at Montego Bay in Jamaica. The cruise was Okay. But I'm surprised to hear that a ship that OLD is still operating. There was a fire problem on board when we were on. These comments are based while cruising on the very old Regency Star. I would recommend the newer various cruise lines.
Compared to the other cruise lines, it was crowded. There was no room for privacy, or be alone time.
Both were Okay.
The cabins were super size which was very nice. Lots of closet space. On the newer cruise lines, the rooms are much smaller, but still very comfortable and much brighter because of larger windows or balconies.
Average. If you went for the late supper, you couldn't find a seat to watch the entertainment which started at 8:00 PM. We had to stand every night. Often we would return to our rooms because we couldn't stand that long.
Can't remember. I recommend to everyone, go on the newer cruise ships.
No, there were a lot of braggarts that sought out people who would listen to them and followed you around. The ship was so small, you could not escape anywhere for a bit of privacy.
