This is the only cruise I have been on but I'll tell you this, I had a great time. I wouldn't suggest it for people who have been on numerous cruises because I think you would be disappointed, but it's a great "first cruise". There is plenty to do and the food is great. It made me want to go again so it had to have made a good impression.
The pool was not impressive. I don't know if it's common for the pools to be so rough or if it's just because this ship is quite small. Either way, you might as well of jumped overboard. The waves in the small pool were just as bad as the sea. There were times that the water level on one side of the pool would be level with the deck, spilling over even, and the other side was a 4 foot drop to water. It was terrible.
The food was great! The service was great! The dinner shows were very fun and light hearted. I had a great time in the main dining room.
The cabin was quite small. It had 2 sets of single size bunk beds, one on either side... A small TV and a port hole.... and a small bathroom. We didn't mind because we were only in there to sleep and shower.
We had fun with the trivia games and things.
We watched a movie on the big screen one night when the weather was bad. The ship rocked quite a bit but it made the movie better....we were watching Cast Away!
Most of the people were young, 20's and 30's, and were very full of life. They made everyday interesting!
