Itinerary: Mediterranean
Cruise in greek islands and turkey, excellent itinerary, would need a little more time in Santorini. A good way to visit the islands. As of the second week of october, the weather is to cool on a ship (cold wind). this is something to do in september.
Public area were large and comfortable, nice promenade, nice lido terrace, but the ship in general is too noisy, and sometimes there is a smell of fuel. In october it was to cold to enjoy the pool and sundeck.
The food was very good, both in the dining room and at the lido buffet, there was a good selection, it was clean, in the dinning room the dinner was rushy and there was a lack of ambiance and animation (eating and get out). We were on the first sitting. The service was good.
The space was very good, the shower small but ok., the room S38 on sapphire deck was much to noisy (engine sound and you can hear the weather hitting the boat) to be prevented for use for non hard sleeper.
Although the entertainers and staff cruise were of good quality, their customer friendliness leaves a lot to be desired (restrict there involvement to there show and give customers a sense of carelessness) ( do not get customer involvement- participation).
We stopped at Heraklion, Santorin, Rhodes, Patmos, Kusadasi, Istanbul and Mykonos. We left the boat at Mykonos for a 4 night stay. The ashore excursion were very good, in Istanbul we would need more time to see the topkapi palace.
They were very pleasant
