Itinerary: World Cruise Segment
If you don't want to travel with the masses, THE WORLD is for you. 44,000 tons, 644 long, average occupancy is about 120, with a crew of about 250. It is traveling on a large yacht, with a choice of 4 restaurants. Smallest apartment is 900 sq ft. Two bedrooms with a kitchen.
You almost have the private use of the pool. Usually only a few people sun bathing. The entire 5th deck is public space with a deli, small pool in the marina restaurant, and a large spa area for those that really want to be pampered.
Food is outstanding with everything cooked to order. If you like buffets and are lucky enough to be on the ship when they put one on, you will think you died and went to heaven.
The smallest apartment is 900 sq ft.
You will have to bring your own entertainment. The trio and piano players are top notch, this ship is not very busy at night.
You are not very busy at night where you live, and this ship is very much like home. With multiple nights in port, you'll find your entertainment on shore, with the locals.
May 2004 from Spain to Ireland, June Dublin to Ebeltoft, Denmark. Don't think you're going to the run of the mill places. July Skagen, Denmark, Amsterdam, Rouen france for 4 days, to Minorca. August, Monte Carlo for 5 days, St Tropez for 4, tao Rome. Sept Sorrento to Piraeus, Greece
Just normal people on THE WORLD. Like folks from home.
