An entire disaster!.Left ship mid-week, no plumbing or water in cabin for over 24 hours, after bathroom flooded with 1 1/2 inches of water. 1/3 of ship without toilets for over two days as of day we left. Nothing worked -- computers multiple billed tours, food service terrible, baggage handling an abomination, swimming pools not operational, paging system did not usually work.

Pools not operational. Public areas clean, but most not refurbished. Air conditioning erratic. One lounge so cold no one could go in there. Staff talked about cold, but no one did anything. Public restrooms a problem. Toilet tops were off, access panels removed in one stall; odor was awful. The purser was wonderful in view of problems.

Food quality not bad, except for artificial eggs. Service very slow - usually one 1/2 hours after order placed. Waiters ill-trained, if at all. Hot foods not hot. Beverage severs almost non-existent.

Closet space quite adequate, same for bathroom, except it only worked for two days of the three we stayed on ship. No toilets or cold water. Bathroom flooded. Decorating needed up dating. Cabin stewards not well trained. Cabin was not vacuumed in three days we were there.

Shows not bad.

Shore excursions were adequate.

We met many very nice people, most of whom had cruised before and found this unacceptable. Main topic of all conversations were the problems encountered.
