Overview: she was originally the Royal Viking Sky of Royal Cruise Lines and as such she was a very elegant ship with a loyal following. She still looks the same with much more brass and wood than you find on many of the newer ships, but the level of service is no longer "white glove". It's still good and passengers will find the food and entertainment of high quality as well although catering to the expectations of her regional clientele. During her most recent refit, a new spa was added and the Starlight Karaoke lounge, cabins, meeting rooms, gymnasium and the Ocean Palace restaurant have been streamlined to cater to the needs and demands of cruisers from this region Most of your fellow passengers will be from Asia.
